Delivery is free within a 10-mile radius of our location. We charge by the mile for deliveries greater than 10 miles away. The current rate after 10 miles is $4 per mile.

Our sauna seats 4 adults. Two adults over six feet tall can lay down on each sauna bench if desired. 

In addition to the sauna, each rental includes 2 bundles of firewood plus kindling which is enough for 2 separate sauna sessions. Also bucket and ladle for steaming the sauna. Essential oils and Cold Plunge (galvanized steel tub) can be added for an additional cost.

You do not need electricity. The sauna is wood-fired.

The sauna footprint is approximately 10 x 20ft. Several feet will be needed on all sides of Sauna for clearance.

Make sure we have level ground that is solid. We will position it to your desired location within reason.

Instructions will be provided at time of delivery. It's a similar process as starting a fire with newspaper and kindling. Then adding larger logs as the fire begins to burn.

Drop-off and pick-up are in a 12pm-5pm window. More exact times will be provided on the day of delivery and pick-up.

An authentic practice is typically 3 rounds at 12-15 minutes each. Between rounds you will cool off outside for approximately 5 minutes. Cold air and or a cold-water plunge is the desired method. This is known as thermal cycling and is well known for its many physical and mental health benefits. However, the bottom line is to listen to yourself and what your body needs.

Both, the sauna begins as a dry heat and then as water is added to the rocks, steam is released from the sauna rocks. Essential oils can be added to the water and are not included in your rental however they can be added during your check out process.
